Spray Rendering is our time saving method of applying render to walls. Using our machines, we can double the productivity compared to the traditional method of Hawk and Trowel. Silicone Rendering
Silicone render is a decorative thin coat finish for exterior use. It guarantees maximum wall breathability and water resistant protection to withstand aggressive all weather conditions. It will allow water vapour to escape through it, thereby preventing damp.
It has the added bonus of having excellent resistance to UV rays and ageing together with a very low dirt absorption while retaining the strength advantages of acrylic render. It has a good surface adhesion, excellent filling and is extremely flexible. When the house moves, the render moves with it.
Therefore we recommend this render as an ideal decorative render coating for new house rendering, old render renovation and a flexible render over insulation systems. It is also available in a very wide range of colours.
Once installed it should be maintenance-free for over 10 years, aside from the odd pressure wash from time to time to keep it looking nice and clean.
Monicouche Rendering
Monocuche (French for ‘single layer’) is a one-coat, weather resistant render for exterior use.
Being applied in a single layer means it is less labour intensive than traditional house rendering products, although the main disadvantage of monocouche render is the material costs in comparison to traditional cement render costs.
However, monocouche render systems will save you on labour costs and maintenance — there is no need for sealing or re-painting.
It is suitable for most types of traditional masonry brick, blockwork or concrete. It’s ideal for protecting and decorating surfaces whilst maintaining good breathability of your walls.
Monocouche renders have additives which help make them more flexible and to eliminate cracking. They can even be ‘self cleaning’.
It is available in a wide range of different colours and can be finished in a range of textures such as scraped, light sprayed, sponged or float finished.
